For both categories of vegetables, the cutting length is adjustable between 1 mm and 30 mm.

Celery: 30 mm (suitable for stir-frying).

We have equipped the machine with a speed controller to regulate the conveying and cutting speeds, allowing for a cutting range of 1mm to 30mm. It handles various types of vegetables with ease; however, the MNS-KC85 is not suitable for applications requiring very large cut sizes.

For kitchen vegetable slicers, cleaning after each use is a major issue.
To address this issue, we specifically designed a structure that allows for the rapid removal of the conveyor belt—disassembly takes only about 30 seconds, while installation takes 20 seconds. Furthermore, the cut ends can be cleaned using just a water-dampened brush, with the entire cleaning process taking no more than three minutes.
