Operate Steps: Vegetable Cutter
Section1: Checking Before Working
1. Check whether the wire is broken or not.
2. Whether the safety device responds normally.
3. Whether there is any unknown abnormal sound when the machine is running.
4. When the drive belt of the motor is relaxed due to operation, appropriate adjustment should be made.
5. When the daily operation is completed, first remove the power cord, remove the tool and clean the machine with water, do not directly wash the switch box or button and electrical equipment with water.
Section 2: Operating Instruction

1. Power lamp:
If the power indicator is on, the power input is normal and the device can be operated normally.
If the power indicator is off, the power input is abnormal and the device cannot operate.
2. Emergency stop:
Press the emergency stop switch to disconnect all power supplies.
To the right knob emergency stop switch to unlock, release the locking function.
3. Starting of vegetable leaves:
Press the vegetable leaves to start, rotary knife speed and conveyor speed power on, you can rotate the knob to adjust the speed.
4. Stop leafy vegetables:
Press the vegetable leaves to stop, and turn off the power supply for rotary knife speed and conveyor speed.
5. Knife speed:
Turn to the left to the end. Motor action stops.
The greater the rotation Angle to the right, the faster the tool rotation speed.
The smaller the rotation Angle to the right, the slower the tool rotation speed.
6. Conveyor speed:
Turn to the left to the end. Motor action stops.
The greater the rotation Angle to the right, the faster the transmission speed.
The smaller the rotation Angle to the right, the slower the delivery speed.
USE STEPS
1. Connect Wire: POWER LAMP will be light.
2.LOOSE emergency button.
3.Adjust conveyor speed & knife speed to right direction.
4.Press START.
NOTICE: EMERGENCY button only can press in emergency situation, worker can as it as switch ON/ OFF. If worker do this too often, the circuit will fail. Please operate the machine according to the specifications.
Section 3: BASIC TROUBLESHOOTING METHODS
1. The machine cannot start
-- The door cover is not closed properly.
RE: Close and lock the door.
-- Motor overheat and overload, protector trip.
RE: Wait 1 hour for the motor to cool down, press the overload protector button, and turn on the power again.
-- The ground cable is not properly connected.
RE: Ensure that the ground cable is properly connected.
1. Unusual noise and vibration
-- The conveyor belt is loose.
RE: Adjust conveyor belt.
--Bearings are damaged/screws are loose.
RE: Replacement parts & locking screws.
2. Unable to discharge
-- Feed/discharge port blocked.
RE: Downtime & Cleanup.
