This goat cutting machine is very efficient. It can cut 1000KG of ribs per hour. One machine can do the work of 10 workers.
Specially customized serrated blade, thickness about 7mm, diameter 230mm, sharp and durable, the blade can be used for up to 3 years.
The cutting size is consistent. If you need to cut 50mm ribs, the whole set of knives will be configured with 50mm. Due to the internal structure of the machine, the cutting size cannot be adjusted.
Due to the need for food safety and hygiene, the whole machine is made of 304 stainless steel.
