Garlic peeling production line processing steps
1. Put the rooted garlic into the elevator and send it to the garlic clove separator;
2. The separated garlic cloves are transported to the continuous garlic peeling machine through the elevator;
3. The peeled garlic enters the selection conveyor belt, and the inferior garlic can be manually selected;
4. The selected high-quality garlic enters the air bubble washing machine for cleaning;
5. The washed garlic cloves need to be vibrated by the drainer to remove large water droplets;
6. Then the garlic will pass through the airflow dryer to remove small water droplets on the surface;
7. The garlic is transported to the weighing packaging machine by the elevator, and then sealed by the sealing machine.
