Flour Fineness Requirements
The fineness of flour, ordinary flour is 80 mesh, fine flour is 120 mesh, bread flour is 140 mesh. The higher the mesh number, the finer the flour.
Ordinary flour mills usually provide flour to supermarkets and steamed bun shops. This kind of flour is usually used to make ordinary steamed buns. The fineness of this kind of flour is usually 80 mesh. If you have higher requirements for fineness, you can choose 120 mesh.
Generally speaking, the smaller the fineness, the longer the crushing time. For example, the crushing time of 80 mesh is shorter than that of 120 mesh.
Configuration of Flour Milling Machine: Low-Level, Mid-Level and High-Level
For our daily life, small flour mills can choose low-end flour grain mill, because the daily output required is not large, and the low-end configuration just meets the needs. The low-end configuration we are talking about here does not mean that the quality of the mill is not good, but the model of the mill is configured according to the output. Our mill models: FS300, FS400, FS500, FS600.
Due to the small output, we would recommend customers to choose the smallest model of grinding mill.
For large flour mills, we recommend them to choose large-sized mills. Due to the large daily production demand, customers require a clean workshop environment without dust, etc. We recommend electronic pulse equipment at the end of the mill. The advantage of this equipment is that the workshop is clean and tidy without any flour dust.

Electric Control Cabinet of Pulverizer
For ordinary grain mill grinder, we will fix the motor speed before leaving the factory, and when the customer receives the grinding mill, they can directly connect the cable and use it. Such customers usually only grind one fineness, so there is no need for additional electric control cabinets.
However, some customers require different grinding finenesses due to the need to grind different materials, which requires us to recommend an electric control cabinet to them. The electric control cabinet is equipped with a frequency converter, which can adjust the grinding fineness. In this way, customers can grind different finenesses through the frequency converter.
For the exported mills, we will display English prompts on the electric control cabinet. The most important thing is to confirm the voltage. Usually in the African market, many projects are built with Chinese aid, so the voltage is basically 380V 3PH. There are also a few factories with a voltage of 220V. For mills, the motors equipped are all high-power, and 220V 1ph cannot be used.
