How to purchase our machines?

1. Confirm the machine model you want to buy;

2. Send us your company name, company address, contact person, tel number;

3. We will send client the Proforma Invoice, client take this PI GO TO REGULAR BANK pay the deposit according to our BANK INFO; 

   Notice: Payment must not be made through irregular channels, such as underground banks.

4. After the deposit received, we will arrange the produce and waiting machine is ready, after buyer received pictures and vedio, then pay the balance;

5. After balance received, we will contact sea forwarder and send them the shipping booking, let them contact vessel company booking cargo space. When everything is done, we just waiting vessel arrives the departure port;

6. We will send customs clearance documents to buyer by air (DHL, FEDEX) after vessel leaves the departure port in China;

7. Waiting vessel arrives destination port, local sea agent will contact buyer takes customs clearance documents to handle customs clearance procedure and pay tariff.  After fisnihed, client can pick up their machines.

Whole procedure like this. Advise foreign clients find an agent to handle import procedure because agent know more details and handle it with rich experience.

1. What is your payment terms? 

100% TT in advance or 50% TT in advance, balance paid before delivery from factory.

2. How do you pack the machine?

Machine will be wrapped with plastic film first, which can avoid moisture on the sea. Machine will be put into strong wooden case.

3. How do you deliver the machine?

Sea shipping because its cost is lower. Choose sea shipping need clients told us about destination port name, then we will check sea shipping cost with sea forwarder.

4. Trade Terms: EXW, FOB, CNF, CIF

5. What should the buyer do if they would like to import?

First, buyer's company should have import qualification.

if not, customer need find a import and export companies because they're registered with the local customs.

6. What customs clearance documents we should offer?

Bill of lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Original

If clients are from EU countries, we will handle CE certification.

If clients from Africa market, we will offer Electronic cargo tracking number for customs clearance, like ECTN/ CTN/ BESC...
